When We Ship
Under normal circumstances we ship the same business day on all orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
You will be notified within 1 business day by email if we are unable to complete your order.
Tracking Number
A valid tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.
Return Authorization
You must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from us before returning any product. Please have the RA number written clearly on the outside of the package.
Any returns arriving at our warehouse without an RA number will be refused. Please also include a copy of your invoice inside the returned package.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of defective items.
- No replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the returned product.
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within the warranty period. Items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged, modified, or installed parts may not be eligible for return.
